The Flannery Foundation was established in 2010 by Brian and Peggy Flannery to give back into the community and support Australian Charities to make a change. The primary objective of the Foundation is to help our most vulnerable, including those who are experiencing homelessness, women and children that have experienced abuse.
Nicolle is the CEO and driving force behind RizeUp Australia . A South African born, proud Aussie, living on Queensland’s Gold Coast, Nicolle’s work in the DV space has been recognised nationally, and she has emerged as a respected authority and spokesperson on issues relating to domestic and family violence.
Nicolle is passionately committed to assisting young families as they traverse the journey from danger through to safety, with RizeUp walking alongside them, providing crucial and tactile assistance as they work to create a safe, brighter new beginning.
Raynuha Sinnathamby is a solicitor by trade, holding Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Law and a Masters of Business Administration. In February 2013, Raynuha was appointed Managing Director of the Springfield City Group. In 2018 Raynuha received the University of Queensland Vice-Chancellor's Alumni Excellence Award for her role in promoting the role of women in the property industry. Raynuha has also served on the Leadership Council for Cultural Diversity and the Premiers Business Advisory Council.
Andrew is a corporate lawyer and commercial advisor with more than 40 years of personal and advisory experience in corporate governance, risk management and the responsibilities of non-executive directors in both the 'for profit' and 'for purpose' sectors.

Philip Sheridan is a chartered accountant with over 30 years’ experience in providing advice on financial statements and taxation matters.
He sits on the board of a number of Private Ancillary Funds.
Phil also provides advice in relation to matters on corporate governance , including ensuring that all transactions and financial records are compliant with relevant legislative instruments and company policies and guidelines.
Vicki brings over 25 years of extensive experience in the health sector and community engagement, with a focus on the Domestic and Family Violence (DFV) sector for the past 18 years. As the CEO of Peggy’s Place, Vicki leads with a deep commitment to expanding services and support for women and children in crisis. She has successfully established new offices in the Moreton Bay Region, demonstrating her dedication to ensuring that essential services are accessible to those who need them most.
Under Vicki’s leadership, Peggy’s Place has become a vital resource, providing trauma-informed care, legal and housing support, medical assistance, and financial guidance to families escaping violence.
